Can we find you at retail locations?
You bet! We encourage it. Ask your favorite home decor shop, gift shop, sports store, college or university book store if they carry Do Whimsy! If they don't, encourage them to do so - and feel free to purchase online. We always prefer our customers support their local communities and shops!
That's fantastic! We try to reach everyone featured on our art, but sometimes we can't get the right information or our daughter distracts us. We invite you to contact us. Everyone featured get's a special gift from Do Whimsy for inspiring our work. E-Mail us at email@example.com so we can get your gift out to you right away!
Can I pick up in person?
We don't have our own retail location, so at current - the best and fastest way to get our products in your hands is to ship it directly to you!
Where can we find your phone number?
The way we see it is if we give you our phone number, we'll likely spend the whole day exchanging stories and coming up with the next best design and words to include - and we'd both never get anything done! We'll do you one better, we'll give you a way to contact us 24/7 and not worry about waking up our daughter, please use our contact us page. We respond within 24 business hours (often much sooner)
Do You Take Wholesale Orders?
You bet! You can order directly from us online (self service) or we can put our top notch sales rep partners in touch with you. We need to get you set up, so have a snazzy request link below. A few things to consider before you send us a note:
-We provide wholesale pricing to bricks and mortar stores only (sorry, no web or affiliate business)
-We aim to protect our established partners by geography (zip code) and store type so not everyone gets approved.

What Payments Do You Accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards through our website.
We'd like to be considered for a donation, what do we do?
We support 501(c)(3) organizations with a soft place in our heart for education and youth sports with product donations only. We review requests every 30 days, and allocate a finite amount of product to causes. Requests must be made a minimum of 60 days before event, and in writing. E-Mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your 501(c)(3) number, name, address, city, state, cause, date of event, specific request, key contact, how you heard about us, a little about your cause and intended use of donation (ie: live auction, etc.). We'll respond within 30 days (we prefer you not follow up before 30 days of submission).

-Pricing does not include tax or shipping.
-Items may vary slightly from what is shown, including words and placement
-Items greater than 10 x 10 may have more words than smaller formats depending on optimal readability.
Processing Times | Wholesale Orders
-70% of U.S. orders are processed around 10 am CST daily (except weekends) and shipped that afternoon. We will provide a confirmation and tracking number
Processing Times | Wholesale Orders
-U.S. orders are processed around 10 am CST every Monday and Thursday (except postal holidays) and shipped that afternoon. We will provide a delivery confirmation or tracking number generally within 24 hours after a package has shipped. Orders for frames are shipped by FedEx Ground, non framed items via USPS. Prints ship with protective plastic soft rolled in rugged tube.
Wood Pallet/Wood Block
-Items are hand crafted in the USA, and can take up to 3 weeks to produce. Orders are processed on Thursday, and shipped within three weeks. We will provide a delivery confirmation or tracking number generally within 24 hours after a package has shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS (single items) or FedEx Ground (whichever is fastest and most cost effective)

Shipping | Lost Merchandise
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED F.O.B. ORIGIN, MEANING AS SOON AS IT IS SCANNED BY THE TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE, IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S LIABILITY FOR GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery or within 10 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is lost in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to use the tracking information to determine if a package is lost and contact us. We may be able to file a claim with USPS for a lost package within 30 days of the scanned delivery date.
If a package is unclaimed or undeliverable, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the cost of reshipping the package. Please use a shipping address where you will be able to receive the package without problems!
Shipping | Damaged Merchandise
If you received a damaged product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For damages, send us a photo of the damage so we can determine if the damage was caused by packaging or by shipping. If caused by shipping, we will file a claim with shipping company. Hang on to the damaged goods and packaging. At Do Whimsy discretion, we will issue replacement product.
Note: Real Wood
We use real wood for our pallet and block products. Expect the natural characteristics of wood including knots, runs, roughness and gaps. Tolerances allowed include 1/8" knot in printed area, up to 3/16" gap in wood slats.
Returns & Refunds
Do Whimsy does not accept exchanges or refunds. If you have concerns not covered above, email email@example.com with product image, order number, details and desired resolve. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 36 business hours.
Privacy & Security
We will never share or sell your information to any third party. The information we collect is only used to contact you about your order. You may choose to receive our occasional email updates for our products. Payments made online are though Shopify and your credit card information is never seen nor stored by do whimsy, LLC.
